This is Me: An Exercise In Authenticity
It's been said that the unexamined life isn't worth living. And I believe that to hold so very true. Staying in touch with ourselves is the key to ensuring we're on the right path. Every now and then, it doesn't hurt to hang a question mark on some of the things we have come to believe and accept. But, things change, people change, and circumstances change. And as such, our perspectives can change. Allow yourself to borrow a few moments from your busy day today and do a bit of self-reflection and evaluation. I put together this simple exercise to help. You'll be surprised at how the answers to these teeny, tiny questions can make such a huge impact.
