New Beginnings: A Fond Farewell and a Happy Hello 👋

I’ve been part of The Mogul Mom community since 2010 and have always loved the people, the support, and the mission. Turns out, I’m not alone. TMM has been growing… a lot. We’ve increased our subscribers, our membership, and our reach faster than I could’ve imagined. As this group of strong, amazing women began to expand, it became clear that we needed to find ways to grow right along with it. In this past year alone we launched our first course, started a private networking group, and began hatching plans for live meetups around the world. As this began to grown beyond what I could handle on my own, I reached out and began collaborating with fellow mompreneur and Mogul Mom community member, the amazing and dynamic Gabriella Ribeiro. She’s a smart, savvy serial entrepreneur and Jersey girl who owns three businesses: Explorateur Journeys, 48 Hour Power Jaunt™, and TruMarketing. She really knows her stuff, and beyond that- she truly adores this community of ours. I flew down to meet up with her so we could begin looking ahead. Between pizza and prosecco we began collaborating on projects and hatching plans to uplevel The Mogul Mom to keep up with the growing base. I was taken aback by her contagious energy, genuine enthusiasm, and her truly inventive concepts.   The next day I sat across from her in a cafe listening to her passionately share ideas and plans for this community. She gushed about the community to anyone who would listen, laughed and clapped her hands together in delight as I shared member success stories, constantly asked me about what was new, offered support and advice at every turn, and was genuinely enraptured with every single aspect of the brand. As we talked, it was clear to me that her personality paired with her staff, her resources, and truly unique ideas would take The Mogul Mom to never before seen heights; Places I am not equipped to take it. I loved everything she was saying. I loved her excitement and enthusiasm. And I loved that in her I saw a bright, new future for The Mogul Mom. And so we changed the channel on our discussion from collaboration to a new direction. She made me an offer to purchase The Mogul Mom, and I accepted. As soon as I agreed she clapped her hands over her mouth in delight and tears of joy came to her eyes. It's a moment I won't soon forget. I never had any doubts about her, but in that instant, I knew this was not just the right decision, it was the perfect one. Gabriella is the quintessential Mogul Mom.  Stuff I admire about her: 

She has a contagious zeal for life. She travels the world, raises her daughter, and runs her business like a champ.

No matter what time of the day, she always finds time when someone needs her.

She's kind. And not the kind of 'kind' when people are watching. She's just a genuine soul right to her core.

Her positivity transcends whatever situation is in front of her.

She's in it for all the right reasons. For her, it's about helping people. The direction she has planned for us is nothing short of exciting. I say ‘us’ because I am sticking around. Not as the owner but as a community member. I'm so thrilled that I had the good fortune to meet her and even more thrilled that she is at the helm now.
